    Sign in to Blogger.

2nd step


    Under the name of the blog, click Posts.

3rd step


    Click the title of the post.

4th step


    On the right, click Post settings and then Schedule.

5th step


    Choose a time and date to publish your post.
    Click Done.

6th step

To set your time zone:

    In the main dashboard, in the left menu, click Settingsand then Language and formatting.

    Under “Formatting,” choose the time zone you want.
    In the top right corner, click Save settings.
